Why Do We Articulate Strengths Together?

Everyone can articulate their subjective strengths in the quiet of their private introspection processes. However, our personal experiences support the generalization that the articulation of personal strengths is enhanced a great deal by sharing the articulation process with other people.

This sharing can be done in pairs, trios, quads, or in larger groups of sharing participants. Human beings are social animals whose identity is certainly affected by people with whom they interact. All individuals are influenced by other individuals, so attempts to become more clear about how a person develops and clarifies an evolving self-identity must take into consideration that person’s interactions with other people.
